You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the Terms of Use.

Mobile Application
By accessing the Site via mobile application from Apple’s software distribution platform (“App Store”) and Google’s software distribution platform (“Play Store”), and any update thereto, You indicate that You agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of the License Agreement, and that You accept this License Agreement.
The parties of this License Agreement acknowledge that the App Store and Play Store are not a Party to this License Agreement and are not bound by any provisions or obligations with regard to the Licensed Application, such as warranty, liability, maintenance, and support thereof Estepp’s Friendly Shell, Inc., not the App Store and Play Store, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and the content thereof.
This License Agreement may not provide for usage rules of the Licensed Application that are in conflict with the latest Apple Media Terms and Conditions and Google Play Terms of Service. Estepp’s Friendly Shell, Inc. acknowledges that it had the opportunity to review the Usage Rules and this License Agreement is not conflicting with them.
Submissions
You acknowledge and agree that any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback, or other information regarding the Site provided by you to us are non-confidential and shall become our sole property. We shall own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and shall be entitled to the unrestricted use and dissemination of theses Submissions for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgement or compensation to you. You hereby waive all moral rights to any Submissions, and you hereby warrant that any such Submissions are original with you or that you have the right to submit such Submissions. You agree there shall be no recourse against us for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your Submissions.
